Empowering Innovative Teaching and Enriched Learning

The Clarenceville Education Foundation is proud to offer Classroom Enhancement Grants for the 2024–2025 school year. These grants are designed to support creative and impactful ideas that enhance classroom experiences, promote student achievement, and relieve financial burdens on educators.

What We’re Looking For

Each grant proposal is carefully reviewed based on its alignment with the Foundation’s mission and the following criteria:

  • Innovative Curriculum & Classroom Enhancements:
    Proposals that bring new ideas, tools, or experiences to the classroom.
  • Clear, Complete, and Well-Defined Requests:
    A thorough explanation of the goals, benefits, and how funds will be used.
  • Scalable or Shareable Ideas:
    Projects that can be shared or replicated in other classes within the same school.
  • Instructional Alignment:
    Meets high standards of effective teaching and pedagogical practices.
  • Sustainability:
    Projects or materials that provide long-term value beyond a single school year.
  • Student Impact vs. Cost:
    Strong return on investment by serving a large number of students effectively.
  • Evaluation Plan:
    Clear strategy for measuring success and learning outcomes.
  • Complete Budget & Standards Connection:
    Transparent financial plan with either a research summary or alignment to Michigan curriculum/content standards.

Grant Applicaton Process

  • Complete the Grant Application Form:
    Download and fill out the latest CEF Classroom Enhancement Grant application.
  • Submit to Your Building Administrator:
    Once completed, submit your application to your building administrator for review and approval.
  • Forward for Final Approval:
    After receiving administrator approval, send the finalized application to the Director of Learning Services for district-level approval.
  • Application Deadlines:
    Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. To be reviewed at the next Foundation meeting, please ensure your fully approved application is submitted by 5:00 PM on the Monday prior to the meeting.
